Believe me, I heart Canada for several reasons, but I cannot take the magazine seriously when it has Justin Bieber on the cover. I hope it is better inside.

OH MY GOD - Michaëlle Jean is not on the list, but Sandra OH made it. What does she do again? I didn't know Bryan Adams was Beautiful. I know their is a Black Woman "one" and Nelly Furtado. I wonder how they picked these people. Why do my friends tell me "Racism" doesn't exist in Canada?

If they picked Sandra Oh, then they've filled their Canadian Quota. You only need one minority, it's only 50 people. You may not use the R word. Poor editors must have searched long and hard to fill that spot if they picked Sandra.
